In an April 2013 Rolling Stone magazine article Chris Blackwell, founder of Island Records, stated "There's a band called the No-Maddz who are more like theater than a group. They're actors. It's this whole audio-visual kind of thing. It's different. But they're really good, really talented and really smart."
The group has performed at several major festivals all over the world, including Rebel Salute, Reggae Sumfest, Reggae Jam, Reggae on the River, The National Grand Gala and in 2014 at Reggae Geel where No-Maddz gave an scintillating performance, of which someone said it was "fresher than cool coconut water". About 2 years after that performance, REGGAE GEEL BRUKOUT! offers anyone who missed out the group at the 2014 Festival as well as those we were there and are longing for another opportunity to see the group perform, a chance to attend a No-Maddz show. On Friday 25th November REGGAE GEEL BRUKOUT! & M-TOWN REGGAE bring No-Maddz to the Muziekgieterie in Maastricht, Holland.
